In this one day workshop we will draft a basic bodice block from scratch.
You will learn how to take accurate measurements for pattern drafting and then use those measurements to create a darted bodice block.
We will then make a Calico toile of your block to check its fit and then make any necessary adjustments.
You will leave this class with a custom bodice pattern that you will be able to use to begin making your own sewing patterns or to improve the fit of ones you already own.
You will need to bring approximately 1m of calico for making your bodice toile, a notebook, pencils and pens, and a camera or camera phone.
This course runs from 10am - 4.30pm
