Great for creative projects when increased volume and texture are a plus.
Sew onto the reverse of your chosen fabric and steam iron to shrink. The unstitched areas will shrink whilst the stitched aresa remain stable giving a crinkle finish. Experiment with lines of stitching for crinkle lines, cross grids of stitching for a "bubble" finish or more random and intricate designs. Great for faux quilted effects, or animal skin textures.
The interfacing shrinks up to 15% with the results being permanent and washable.
This shrink interfacing measures 100cm x 125cm wide prior to shrinking.
