This Belinda Belville dress is a loose fitting, blouson style, mid calf or evening length with front and back v-shaped bias inset (no shoulder seams) which gathers at the back and forms the cowl neckline, has slightly flared skirt gathered at the waistline, pockets in side front seams (no side seams) and back zipper closing. Three quarter length kiumono sleeves have turn back cuffs.
