The Blind Hem Foot goes a long way in helping to improve the sometimes tricky Blind hem stitch. The metal guides in the centre of the foot and the 3 grooves on the underside keep the fabric snugly fit against the foot for accuracy and help to prevent unnecessary slipping. The needle swings over the metal guide creating slack in the upper tension so that the pick of the stitch is almost invisible. 
Use for blind hems, and edge stitching.
