The Designer Yarns Girl’s Cardigan knitting pattern DYP209 is sized for 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10 years. With chest sizes of 57cm 61cm 67cm and 73cm respectively.
This pattern is Suitable for an “experienced” knitter and is a single pattern leaflet. It features a knitted heart stitch pattern on either side of buttons.
You will need 2 x 100g balls of Deigner Yarns “La Paz” yarn to make the smallest size, 4 x 100g for the largest size and 3x 100g for the two middle sizes.
You will also need 4.5mm needles and 2 stitch holders a cable needle and up to 7 x 1cm buttons.
Tension is 17sts and 25rows to 10cm square using 4.5mm needles in stocking stitch.
