If you are doing the Intermediate course, this is what we will be doing:
We'll start with a shirt or shirt dress, where we will cover skills such as fitting a collar, placket, and buttons and buttonholes. We'll work on getting a great fit to your garment, and learning about what you need to do for your body type.
The second project will be a pair of trousers, and we'll look at different types of fastenings, including front zip or button flys. There will be homework between lessons.
There will be a choice of patterns, information on which will be sent out before the course starts.
You will need to have done our beginner's course, or equivalent before taking this course.
If you have completed our Intermediate course and just want to carry on, this one is also for you! Come and do some self led sewing under Anna's guidance - Anna can advise you on pattern choices according to what you want to make, and help facilitate your sewing dreams!
This course runs every other Tuesday evening for 7 weeks from 6th February 2024. Each session is from 6- 8.30pm.
