The Aisling Blouse - Jennifer Lauren Handmade - Digital PDF Download Pattern

£11.50

This is a digital pattern for you to print at home.  Alternatively use our pattern printing service! This pattern contains 2 x A0 pages for printing on a large format printer, or 70 pages on an A4 printer.

The Details

The Aisling Blouse is a modern take on the classic square necklines of the 60s. With an optional collar, Aisling also comes with your choice of a full button-down or cut-on-the-fold bodice.

Gently shaped at the bust with darts, Aisling lightly flares out in an A-line shape from the bust down. The long blouson-style sleeves end at the wrist with a comfortable elastic hem — gathered enough for a little drama while still making them the perfect everyday sleeve.

Wear Aisling tucked into high waisted skirts for a chic office look or free flowing with a pair of skinny jeans for the weekend. Versatile and comfortable, Aisling will become a key wardrobe piece for many years to come.

Multiple Bust Cups

Aisling includes pattern pieces in A to D cups so that you’ll no longer need to make additional bust adjustments for the perfect fit.

Included in the instructions are a full set of Finished Garment Measurements, as well as detailed instructions on choosing the right size for your unique shape.

Skill Level

Aisling is aimed at confident beginner to advanced seamstresses.  Techniques include set-in sleeves, buttonholes (V1), elasticated sleeve hems and an optional collar.

Fabric Options

The Aisling Blouse is suitable for a wide range of lightweight woven fabrics with some drape.

Choose any of your favourite fabrics from cotton lawn, voile and poplin to linen and chambray. Rayon, silks and sheer fabrics would make a lovely dressy Aisling Blouse.

The Layers Function

Both Print-at-Home and Print Shop Aisling pattern files now include the Layers Function!

You can choose to turn on and off any number and combination of pattern sizes to suit your personal needs and preferences. Check out your Aisling instructions for a full step-by-step tutorial on using this handy little function.
